For a long time, I convinced myself that feeling constantly stressed and emotionally drained was just part of being an adult. I kept pushing through work and daily responsibilities, hoping things would improve on their own. Eventually, I realized that ignoring my mental health was affecting every part of my life, including my sleep, relationships, and ability to focus. That was when I started exploring different ways to manage my anxiety, from therapy and mindfulness to learning about emotional support animals. During my research, I came across ESA Letter Texas, which helped me better understand how an emotional support animal can be a valuable source of comfort for people facing emotional or mental health challenges. Do you think mental health is still misunderstood, or are we finally becoming more open about discussing it?
