Hi everyone, I hope you’re all doing as well as possible today. I know it’s not always easy to talk about, but I’d love to open up a space for everyone to share how they’ve been managing their mental health lately. Depression can feel so isolating, and sometimes it’s hard to know where to turn, but hearing each other's stories and coping strategies can really help remind us that we’re not alone in this.

For me, I’ve been learning that it’s okay to not be okay all the time. One day can feel completely different from the next, and some days I struggle just to get through, while on others, I feel like I’m finding little moments of peace. I’ve been trying to focus on small wins — even things like getting out of bed, taking a walk, or making a cup of tea. It’s not always easy, but it’s all part of the journey.

What are some of the things you’ve been doing to take care of yourself, even if it feels like baby steps? Have you found any resources, tools, or support systems that have helped you cope better with the lows? I’d really love to hear what’s been working for you, or even what hasn’t — it’s all part of learning and growing together.

Please feel free to share as much or as little as you're comfortable with. And remember, this is a judgment-free space, so take your time. 💙
